We’re so glad you chose to create with us! Below is a quick overview of our studio policies so everyone can enjoy a smooth, respectful, and empowering experience. These terms are legally binding, so please take a moment to review. 

Content & Conduct Guidelines

At ACTION! Studios, we welcome all creators—whether you're building a brand, launching a podcast, filming your next big idea, or just getting started. Our mission is to support meaningful content and foster strong relationships with local entrepreneurs, businesses, and creatives.

While we’re all about creative freedom, we do have a few non-negotiables to keep our space positive and professional for everyone:

• No drug use or illegal substances
• No violent or threatening content or behavior
• No destruction of studio property or equipment

Reservation Terms

• Full payment is required to book your session.
• Your reserved time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup—please plan accordingly.
• Sessions begin and end at the times you booked. A 15-minute grace period is allowed after your scheduled end time.
• If you exceed your session by more than 15 minutes, you’ll be billed in 15-minute increments based on your hourly rate.
• Please leave the studio clean and in good condition.
• Furniture will match what’s pictured, but decor items may vary.
• No-shows without cancellation are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 36 hours or more in advance for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 36 hours before your session will receive a 50% refund.
• No refund will be given for no-shows.
• To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly via phone or email.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
